Pre-K Classroom
Having experience in teaching children in the North County school districts, Ms. Lisa, a master teacher with over ten years of experience as a pre- K teacher, has designed the classroom program for optimal success for your child's transition from preschool and pre-K to Kindergarten. While focusing on the acquisition of reading skills, and math and logic skills, the daily activities embrace exploration and discovery allowing the child to explore the unknown with confidence. The activities nurture the different learning styles and personal needs of the individual child. They believe in bringing learning to life through enriched literature activities and direct experiences such as being paleontologist one day or master chefs the next, all of which involve multiple skills and disciplines such as logic and reasoning, letter and sound recognition, acquisition of sight words, one to one correspondence of numbers, beginning math skills, cause and effect, sequential ordering and so much more.
