Three Year Old Classroom
Ms. Adriana is a credentialed teacher from Southwestern College. She has over 20 years of experience in early Childhood Development. Her experience includes work in the School district, the YMCA and Imperial Beach Preschool. As a mother of two, a daughter attending college and a son in high school, she understands and has compassion of parent's concerns in raising a child with strong self esteem, self worth and self confidence. As a partner with parents, she provides the support that helps to foster that in the growing child, mentally, physically and emotionally. Her classroom focus is on providing a foundation for formal academic curriculum. Her activities include prewriting, pre-reading and cognitive skills that will aid in the acquisition of reading, math and logic skills.. The children are given two and three step instructions and continue to work on self modulation in social settings.
